The Fawcett Society and Unison invited Dan to join them at their street stall protest outside Centre Court. Hundreds of local people pledged their support. Dan said, ‘It is not acceptable that women do not receive fair pay, thirty years after the Equal Pay Act. I join with all those fighting for fair pay for women in Wimbledon and across Britain.'
