Dan Lodge took a survey of the residents of Raynes Park on whether they wanted wheelie bins. It is plain that the councils with the best record on recycling are those that provide wheelie bins free of charge to those residents that request them. Following our campaign, the local Tories have made yet another u-turn and are keeping the Weir Road recycling centre open.
