Dan visits Ricards Lodge High School

Ricards Lodge

Prospective parliamentary candidate Dan Lodge visited Ricards Lodge High School  in Wimbledon on the 10th of July to judge their 'if I were an MP competition'.  The competition was organised by the school's drama teacher Steven Little. The other judges included teachers from the school and local councillor Leonie Cooper.

The standard of presentations was very high, and all of the girls who entered chose topics which they strongly believed in.  Eventually it was won by a year 10 student, Gourdan, who did an impressive presentation on strategies to keep teenagers off the streets. As a prize, Gourdan will have a guided tour of Downing Street.
